Abstract
大学生に小中学校時代の地学分野の実験観察についてアンケート調査を行った。その結果、小学校では3年、4年時の実験などの記憶が多いのに、中学生においては地質関係や天文関係の実験の記憶が多くなる。また岩石の分類をアンケート調査時で行ったが、堆積岩や火成岩の分類はわりとできたが、変成岩はできていない。地学分野は中学生レベル以降、知識が増えていない可能性がある。そのために和歌山県にある南紀熊野ジオパークなどの教材などを利用することによって、教師たちが地域の自然などを考えるための指導案を検討することが重要になる。
