Carbohydrate is one of the three major nutrients and is a substance closely related to our food. Our vital activities are supported by carbohydrates, and the inability to ingest carbohydrates causes serious problems. Recently,overdose of sugar has become a problem,but carbohydrates should be an irreplaceable molecule for us. In the present paper, focused on carbohydrates in daily life and glycosidases that play important role in digestion and absorption of arbohydrates.And devised guidance and teaching materials using carbohydrates
