Abstract
小学校教員志望学生の,乗法の意味の拡張特に乗数が整数から有理数になることについての算数としての意味づけに関する調査を行い,その結果を分析した。乗数が小数の場合も累加の考えがあてはまると反応した被験者が3割近くもあり,予想を上回った。しかし,それらの被験者は,割合としての考えをもち備えており,累加の形で拡張できないかの模索の中での葛藤の状態にあると思われる。
