Abstract Alternative | “Black school rules”have become a major social issue. At the same time, a girl student at Osaka Prefectural High School filed a claim for damages with the Osaka District Court and filed a lawsuit, and the situation has come to mention the need for the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, students and parents to participate in the review of school rules.ing.In some high schools, the tripartite council is working independently as a decision-making mechanism for children, parents, and faculty members. In this paper,we focus on the revision of school rules through the tripartite council at Kokawa High School in Wakayama Prefecture, and try to examine the possibility.
