Abstract Alternative | The purpose of this study is to contribute to the better support of educational volunteer activities. The research questions are: (1)What are students learning by continuing to volunteer for education? (2)What are the problems students have when engaging in educational volunteers?Analysis of the questionnaire revealed that the longer the volunteer experience, the greater the awareness of the importance of focusing on and engaging with the children’s inner self. It was also suggested that the problems faced by students differ depending on the grade and experience, and that different supports are required for each.
