不登校への家族療法的アプローチの試み

不登校の面接では、不登校生徒本人よりもその保護者が来談することが多く、学校現場では、さまざまなニーズに応じた取り組みが期待されるため、個人心理療法に固執していては問題の解決が困難な場合がある。また、学校におけるカウンセリングでは比較的短期に結果を出すことが求められるため、家族療法など、直接的介入が必要となるケースも少なくない。本研究は、定時制高校に通う不登校男子生徒の両親とのスクールカウンセリング(カウンセラー : 第一著者による)について、家族療法的視点からその過程をまとめ、考察を行ったものである。本研究では、スクールカウンセラーが不登校生徒の両親を対象に夫婦サブシステムを強化する形で家族システムに介入し、また、不登校を起こさせる関わりのパターンを断ち切るよう取り組んだ。その事例を紹介しながら、スクールカウンセラーとして、学校現場でどこまで家族療法的なアプローチが可能であるのかについて考察した。

In the counseling of the Non-attendant, It is very common that we have the parent clients rather than the students. We, the school counselors, are expected to achieve the results comparatively earlier. It's sometimes difficult to solve the problems with persisting in the personal psychotherapy, because they have the various needs in the school. In this research, we report on the counseling from the view of family therapy. This case is the counseling with the parents of the non-attendant student who goes to the part-time high school. The school counselor tried to intervene in the family system for reinforcing the couple subsystem, and disconnected the chain causing the non-attendant. We discussed how much the family therapy can contribute toward the non-attendant through this case.
