チーム医療を支えるスタッフの役割 : 和歌山県立医科大学の一部門における事例の考察

Wakayama Medical University is a Japanese local public medical institution, but its orthopedic surgery department now attracts many patients and even doctors from every corner of Japan and even from many other parts of the world. This is because of the great contributions and advances achieved by Dr. Munehito Yoshida, former professor of Wakayama Medical University and president of its affiliated hospital. This article attempts to describe and record how his supporting staff played their role in his team medical care with a “clinical knowledge and mind.”
