Abstract Alternative | The purpose of this study was to clarify the diversity of reality shock that leads to turnover. This study examined whether there were any differences in the type of reality shocks, by using three factors, such as employment status, size of the work office, and the industry. This research was based on the survey of graduates from Wakayama University. This study found various types of shock such as work, human relations, evaluation, and working environment can be possibilities to prompt early termination behaviors. The smaller the company was, the stronger the various shocks of human relations and evaluation became clear. On the other hand, there wasn’t a significant variant shock difference by industry.
