Abstract Alternative | Hideo Fukazawa, an elementary school teacher in Kobe City, further developed the educational materials and class management methods developed by Hiroshi Kishimoto. Based on life history research of teachers, we will investigate why Hideo Fukazawa was able to become such a powerful teacher.
