Abstract Alternative
Codetermination systems of business administration have emerged and spread in Germany. This paper engages with issues in the designing process of the Codetermination Law (Gesetz über die Mitbestimmung der Arbeitnehmer: 1976) and argues that the trend of codetermination can be attributed to the anti-establishment movements of the 1970s.
