| Abstract Alternative | Codetermination systems of business administration have emerged and spread in Germany. This paper engages with issues in the designing process of the Codetermination Law (Gesetz über die Mitbestimmung der Arbeitnehmer: 1976) and argues that the trend of codetermination can be attributed to the anti-establishment movements of the 1970s.
