In recent years, attention has been focused on improving the quality and evaluation of early childhood education and care in those research.In addition,there is a side that it is difficult to catch the education and care in content area “language”. In this study, we conducted a literature survey on evaluation and area “language”, and a questionnaire survey on the education of the area “language”based on “ECERS”, Wakayama City kindergartens. As a result, it was thought that appropriate support was given, such as “promoting lying language”and “being familiar with and using picture books.”However,from the priority of“Child-Centralism”,it was found that there are points that can be improved in “acquisition of vocabulary” and “environment familiar with letters”.
