This paper engages with the problems of development in the concept from“ corporate social responsibility”to“ corporate sustainability and responsibility”,which was primary advocated by Wayne Visser in the 2000’s, when the rise of a new management orientation and business principles for downsizing and layoffs had become to enjoy popularity among large corporations in America since the 1990’s.
