Japan's Assistance Programs for Ukraine : Educational Projects in Business Accounting and Market Economy

This paper introduces and discusses lectures in business accounting and market economy for the former Soviet Union as follows: - an introduction of important accounting concepts - a brief overview of the differences between accounting practices in the former Soviet Republics and Japanese and international standards. - the expectations placed on the Japan Centers in providing future assistance in spreading accounting knowledge and practice in the region.
