Abstract
教育実習を経験することにより,学生の教職観と教育実習観がどのように推移するのかを同一質問紙による調査結果から考察した。その結果,教職観,教育実習観とも価値意識に関しては実習体験によっても前後の意識に大きな違いは見られないが,教職志望,子ども観,並びに教育実習のイメージに関しては一定の変化がみられた。これらの結果は教育実習改革のみならず教員養成の在り方を検討するうえでも役立つ資料である。
