Abstract
小学理科新指導要領では,人体に関わる内容が各学年で取り上げられている。本稿では,児童一人ひとりが自分の運動前後の体温,脈拍,呼吸数の変化をはかる実験をおこない,学級全体でまとめることによって個人の間の違いと,運動により呼吸や脈拍は変わるが体温はあまり変化しないことに気付かせた。さらにそれを通して自他を尊重する心情へと高めていく授業の実践を通し,指導のあり方を考察した。
