Abstract
コンピュータが導入された小学校の教師の意識調査と紀要分析から,学校としての情報教育実践を左右する要因について検討した。コンピュータの配置やそれに伴う教育観,校内研修の在り方など情報教育実践に影響を与える要因は,イノベーション普及を実際に進めていく立場にある情報主任(チェンジエージェント)の働きかけによってコントロールが可能であり,学校としての情報教育を実践してくには,情報主任の育成が重要である。
