Abstract
韓国においても日本と同様に高等教育分野の構造改革が進められている。18歳人口の減少，「知識基盤社会」（OECD）等を背景として，成人学習者を正規学生に位置づけを試み，また，大学付設の教育院（生涯学習センター）を設置し，ここに，平生教育士を配置して自治体との連携事業を推進している。本稿では，公州大学を事例に，大学の地域貢献と生涯教育のシステムの展開を明らかにしている。
