Abstract
この報告は大学に進学しなかった者が高校において学んだ化学及び化学実験についてどのように受け止めているかについて調査した結果を記述したものである。調査対象は高等看護学院学生で,非理科系学生と答えた者が93.1%で実質的に非理科系の学生の意識調査とみなされる。調査対象者43名全員が化学に関連した実験について嫌悪感情を抱いておらず,14人が楽しかったと答えている。化学実験は化学を勉学する具体的な作業であり,授業にこれを多く取り入れることが理科及び化学離れを防ぐ有効な教育手段であることが理解できる。
