Abstract
中国において施行された新教師法の研究である。今年度はとりあえずその条文そのものの翻訳・紹介と本法成立の経緯の紹介,また本法のもつ特性と本法をめぐる今後の問題について若干の検討を加えた。わが国の教師論研究の発展の一助としたい。
