Abstract
本研究では、特別支援学校と放課後等デイサービスとの連携に関する現状と課題について検討する。特別支援学校教員へのアンケート調査結果より以下の点が示唆された。教員はデイサービスと児童生徒に関する情報共有の経験がある。連携の際に、個別の教育支援計画は活用されていない。教員はデイサービスとの連携の必要性を感じている。以上より、今後は連絡帳やサポートファイルの活用、連携会議の開催といった体制整備が望まれると提案した。
