Abstract
初任者研修プログラムは初任者研修高度化モデルを先行事業とした、教職大学院による2年間の初任者研修である。大学と教育委員会が連携・協働して教員養成・現職研修を実施するシステムを開発するための実験的なプログラムであり、履修証明プログラムの形態をとっている。研修の主たる内容は、現任校訪問指導と初任者は週1回の訪問指導を受け、隔週の教職大学院で受講するものである。
