Abstract
和歌山大学教職大学院における初任者研修プログラムは、現任校への訪問指導と大学院での授業を連動させることで、理論と実践の融合を実質的に担保するものである。関係者へのアンケート調査などから初任者の授業力のみならず省察力も向上していることが分かった。今後の展望としては、当該プログラムが学校全体での学びの文化の創出にも寄与できるものへと発展することにある。
