Abstract
少年事件付添人として関与した事例について報告した。少年は、家庭養育が崩壊し大人との関わりが希薄なまま成長し、大人への不信感や否定的自己を形成してきた。少年とのラポール醸成に重点を置いた関わりを続け、育ち直しの手応えを得た。子どもの権利を守り健全な育成責任をもつ教育・児童福祉・司法等の関係者が、家庭養育を補い、いかに協働し支援するか、本報告はそのあり方を考えるための題材として提起するものである。
