Abstract
本研究は小学校2 年生の水遊び授業を実践し、その実践記録から水遊びが没頭度と挑戦度の変化に与える影響を考察したものである。その結果、呼吸のコントロール課題から「浮く・もぐる」を習得することでスムーズに学習がなされ、水中で呼吸や身体のコントロールを体感することによって没頭度が高まることが示唆された。また、呼吸のコントロールのスムーズな習得には、鼻より下のみを水につける運動から導入することが効果的であった。
