Abstract
教員の大量退職・大量採用の影響は、学校現場における経験年数の不均衡を生むだけではなく、教員採用状況にも影響を及ぼしており、若手教員の育成が課題となっている。本研究では、外部支援者の力を借りて学校内で若手教員のための校内研修体制を構築することに成功した事例をもとに、実際の研修の運営とシステムを構築するための工夫について報告する。この取り組みによって、若手教員だけでなく、中堅教員の成長も見られたと同時に、同僚性の形成にもつながった。
