Abstract
新規採用から3年目の若年教員が初めて自力で国語科の単元づくりに挑戦した。学年主任教員や教職大学院の学校改善マネジメントコースで学ぶ現職院生が、単元づくりや教材研究について、どこまで授業者本人に任せるのか、どのタイミングで、どの程度の支援が必要なのかを見極めながらの授業実践となった。実践は、単元を通して児童が意欲的に学べる学習となったが、若年教員への適切な支援の在り方についての課題も明らかとなった。
