Abstract
本研究は、中学生の教員の特性に対する期待や実際の教員の特性に対する認知と、生徒自身の自尊感情や自己有用感といった自己の認知特性とが、学力との間にどのような関連があるかについて明らかにしたものである。「教員の期待特性尺度」は、本研究の予備調査において新たに作成したものを用いた。また、教科を好きや得意と感じているか、相談できる人や助けてくれる人がいると思うかといった気持ちの部分に焦点をおき、それらと学力との関連についても検討している。
